RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns of any products purchased from our online shop for any reason.
However in the extremely unlikely case the product purchased is deemed faulty or damaged upon receipt, we will repair or replace it as soon as we can. In such a case, we will need photographs of the damage or fault sent to us at info@blotmani.com prior to shipping the item back to us.
The customer is responsible for wrapping any products well to ensure they arrive back at our studio without suffering any further damage during shipping.

• In the extremely unlikely case, the product purchased is deemed faulty or damaged upon receipt; take photographs of the damage or fault and email the photographs to us at info@blotmani.com

• This has to be done the same day you received your product.

• If the fault/damage is accepted, we will start to schedule a pick-up date with DHL EXPRESS from your door and pay for the return shipping back to our studio.

• When we received your faulty/damaged product, we will either repair or exchange the product for you with a new one. Then we will ship it back to you via DHL EXPRESS.

• Remember; that you will be responsible for wrapping any of the products that are scheduled for a return back to us, to ensure the product arrive back at our studio without suffering any further damage during shipping.

• We do check all of our products properly when we make them and before we are even sending them out to you, just to ensure that we are not sending out a faulty/damaged item. Nat take great pride in her works; in the extremely rare event that you’ll receive a faulty or damaged product, we will repair, replace or in a very rare case issue a store-credit. Flaws must be reported the same day you receive the parcel, and sent back to our studio within 14 days from delivery, to be considered our responsibility. We pay for the return shipping of faulty/damaged products (if we in an extremely unlikely case sent out a faulty/damaged product).

• If an product is returned to us for repair/damage in obviously worn/used or otherwise poor condition (signs of wear, odors, stains of any kind, pet hair, smoke, etc), it will not be accepted and returned back to you at your cost.

• No repairs/exchanges whatsoever on sale items, underwear, earrings, sample sale items. We always make sure that we ship out goods without any faults and damages.

• Products that are faulty/damaged must be returned to us within 14 days, after day 1 of notifying us about the fault/damage. We pay for the return shipping.

• Wearing out an item (any item that is «used up» or beyond repair) does not entitle the customer to a replacement, refund of our rare store-credits or anything else free. Nothing lasts forever including clothing. BUT our leather products will last a very very long time with proper care (please see our leather care information). Customer will be responsible for shipping in the event of a repair + repair costs if a repair is needed when our warranty is no longer available. So yes; we can repair your products purchased from us, so that you still can rock that favorite BlotMani leather bag a long time. Please take care of your handmade goodies. They’re made with love, and deserve to be cared for properly.

• Please keep in mind; when ordering from us, we are a small business, with our studio/workshop in our house. We are far from a huge business, but we will always provide a friendly and understanding customer service.
