Shipping and returns

Shipping

 

All orders are packed with care and we use recycled bubblewrap as one of the protections, to spare the environment. Please do the same if you can, or recycle it if not.

All orders are packed and sent within 1-7 days depending on holidays and weekends (post does not ship during weekends here in Norway). Please allow for typically 1-7+/- days for shipping, depending on time in your countries customs, holidays etc. 

If you have any special instructions for your package and how it should be sendt, please contact us before you place your order to see i we can accomendate your wishes.

Countries we do not ship to; Romania (from september 2020).

We ONLY ship with DHL Express, for this and other questions, contact us at sales@blotmani.com.

Returns - Take notice, updated due to Covid-19 pandemic!

Should your item arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as you receive it, take a picture of the packaging before opening it and contact your local DHL office to file a claim the moment you receive it. If you have chosen shipping with insurance we also have to file a claim on your behalf.
All items are handmade art pieces and should be handled with care, we take no responsibility for damages to items that are a result of wear or tear. Returns are not accepted at the moment due the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage cost. You have to send the item with tracking and insurance when you decide to return an item back to us. We take no responsibility if your returned package is lost or damaged if it’s not sendt with tracking and insurance back to us.

At the moment we do not accept returns due Covid-19.

Buyers are responsible for their own countries VAT/TAX - if you refuse to accept the package when DHL tries to deliver it to you, due lack of VAT/TAX payment, buyer will have to pay the return shipping back to us + a restocking fee of 30% and if we have shared the shipping costs with you, you have to pay our share. It’s mentioned in the listings if we share the shipping cost with you. 

We do not accept returns on custom made products. Leather Facemasks with filter added is considered as a custom made product as the leather facemasks are made as a facemask without filter added. 
If you choose to have a filter added, it is considered as a custom made order.

 

Please remember; We can’t accept returns at the moment due Covid 19. Please be sure that you want the product before you check out from our shop.
