Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BlotMani. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

All orders are shippied with DHL EXPRESS with signature required, full insurance and fully trackable. 

All of our jewelry comes with a signature BlotMani box.
You will receive an email confirming your order. Once payment has been accepted, your order will be made and shipped out to you within 1-2 weeks, delays may occur if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
If a product is sold as «ready to ship», it will ship within 3 business days, unless changes has been made to the product purchased.

You will receive an email with tracking information once it’s on its way. 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate shipping address where the package can be signed for (NO P.O. BOXES). 

All packages shipped by us are insured and will require a signature for delivery. We also need a phone number for DHL to contact you at.

Once delivered as tracked by the carrier (DHL EXPRESS), the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the shipment. As much as we’d like to hand deliver your goods to ensure a safe and sound transit and arrival, we cannot, and must rely on delivery times and confirmation. 

BlotMani is not responsible for delays due to carrier.

We have however never had any problems with DHL for all of the many years that we have used them to ship out our orders, and delivering supplies to us.

We do not ship out orders during weekends and Norwegian holidays, and we do not allow shipments to P.O. BOXES, RUSSIA and UKRAINE at the moment.

Please note; the customer is responsible for all DUTIES, TAXES, VAT, TARIFFS, FEES, etc applied to the shipment by customs. A contact number is required for all shipments. BlotMani is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc). 

You cannot cancel your order once your payment is done, then the order is final. BlotMani cannot be held responsible for any mistake in the size or any change of mind after the order has been confirmed and payed. So please, double check your size, measurements, etc before finalizing your order with us. If notice that you made an error, please contact us imediately!

BlotMani is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (DHL EXPRESS) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We have insured all packages sent out from our studio, if you need any help; contact us at

We do not ship out orders during weekends and Norwegian holidays. Shipments could be faster or slower depending on customs. DHL does the custom services and may require you to pay the taxes, duties, etc before they deliver the package to you. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you vis email or telephone.

Shipping times from being shipped with DHL EXPRESS; 
Europe 1-3 days approximate
World 2-5 days approximate
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note: We will need your phone # so that DHL can contact you when they will deliver your package to your door.

Shipping rates:
$ 35 US World wide, if you order for $ 200 US, the shipping is free.

The customer will always be responsible for the taxes, VAT, tariffs, custom duties, etc when they place an order with us. If the customer refuse to pay the taxes, VAT, tariffs, custom duties, etc, DHL will contact the customer, then contact us, BlotMani will contact the customer 1-3 times. If we don’t get any response back from the customer, if DHL doesn’t get any response back from the customer; the package is sent back to us. When that happens, the customer will always be responsible for the shipping costs both ways (to the customer and the return), and a 30% re-stocking fee to cover our costs of sales, taxes, fees, etc plus shipping both ways. We highly recommend that the customer pay the legal fees and accept the package.
